The day was quite successful. Each individual chooses to act in different ways and this year's Mitzvah Day, though not large in numbers was large in energy of those involved.
We had 17 people register via the website and had many others show up for the event who had not registered prior to but were able to help in the area they chose.

American Red Cross Blood Drive: 15 people volunteered with 11 productive donations.

BRITKY Bake Sale/Book and Clothing Collection: Totally organized and staffed by our temple youth.

Electronics Recycling: Coordinated by Goldman family. 2 volunteers assisted one of whom was a student from the school. All items were picked up on Monday by Regional Computer Recycling and Recovery who will be emailing a list of quantities and pounds collected once it has all gone through the processing facility.

Weeding and edging were just beginning of their project. Today 10 bags of mulch were left outside the Wolk Family Center.
