Temple B’rith Kodesh has always placed great importance on educating our youth. In fact, the Temple Board has had a longstanding objective to provide Religious School as a part of membership. Educating our children is a core Jewish value and is fundamental to TBK's mission and vision. Our dynamic and engaging Religious School has always been committed to helping develop and empower the next generation of Jews. Coupled with the Give to Your Heart’s Content (GTYHC) voluntary commitment model adopted by TBK four years ago, this builds on our constant goal to make TBK a community built on meaningful relationships and experiences and not simply transactional interactions. It continues to remove financial barriers to being involved in temple life. Based on recent commitments of financial support from a generous group of donors, there is funding to support this initiative for three years, with the goal of identifying continuing support from congregants and community members that will allow this to continue beyond that time. |
