Caring Community
Temple B’rith Kodesh strives to be a welcoming and friendly place for all who enter its doors, but we know all too well that not everyone is physically able to get to the building. Because of the that, we want each and every member of the TBK community to know how much they mean to us, whether they are here in person or in spirit.
The Caring Community Committee works to provide a link with TBK for individuals who are unable to attend temple events. Along with personal visitations to TBK members who reside in independent/assisted living facilities or are unable to leave their homes, examples of other activities are:
- Sending Chanukah cards
- Supporting the Mishloach Manot project of the WRJ/Sisterhood by providing members with this special holiday treat
- Giving a Rosh Hashana goodie bag filled with sweetness for a sweet New Year
If you would like to participate in this meaningful and rewarding experience or would like to receive the services provided by the Caring Community Committee please contact Rabbi Tulik by clicking here or calling (585) 244-7060.
